A Vinyasa flow that weaves breath and movement into a moving meditation. Set to upbeat music, this energizing practice builds tapas (inner heat), awakens vitality in the physical and subtle bodies, and offers moments of stillness for dhyāna (meditative awareness) to reconnect mind, body, and breath. Experience intentional āsana sequences (yoga postures) that cultivate strength, flexibility, and presence, one breath at a time.
What to bring: yoga mat, water, open arms for a big hug
