This three-part Winter Care series offers a seasonal approach to movement and restoration, honoring the natural rhythms of the darker months. Through supported, intentional movement and periods of deep ease, we explore the natural forces that shape our energy and motivation. Rather than pushing toward intensity, this series embraces slow heat-building, steadiness, and darkness as essential foundations for grounding, growth, and renewal during the wintering months.

Yoga Nidrā, or “yogic sleep,” is a relaxation technique that helps the body and mind enter deep rest. While lying comfortably in savasana, gentle guidance leads you into a state of conscious relaxation, a state between wakefulness and sleep. This effortless practice can easily be done in the comfort of your home and, when practiced regularly, may help reduce stress, ease tension, enhance focus, and improve sleep.
